My name is Perri Church and I am a Central Coast based Australian Certified Naturopath. My qualifications allow me to assist you professionally in restoring harmony and balance to your body via holistic means. Naturopathy, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Counselling are the 4 main tools in my belt and are strapped in tightly with loads of love, acceptance and zero judgement. 

I am also a nagging wife, a proud Mum of 2 beautiful boys, a total fuss pot and neat freak, an empath, a lady start-up business owner and most importantly a crazy dog lover who admits to enjoying coffee and red wine. I am not perfect, nor do I claim to be but I choose to live a healthy lifestyle and I always strive to achieve balance.
